how far away will you deliver to? |
| Free delivery is available South to Tweed Heads, West to Canungra/ Mount Tamborine and North to Beenleigh. Areas outside of this will attract a small delivery fee based on extra distance travelled. |

| how do I organise/book a machine/s for hire? |
Step 1
Call or email us with the machine/s you would like to hire and the length of time. We will give you a price and booking confirmation number.
Step 2
To secure your booking, full payment is required 3 days prior to hire by direct deposit. A credit card must be supplied as security bond for machine/s hired.
Step 3
We will call you prior to time of hire to confirm your booking, payment and delivery details. Your machine/s will then be delivered. Upon delivery, you or or some one aged 18 yrs plus will need to sign the pinball guy's rental hire contract which we can email to you prior to delivery.
Step 4
Have a great time and enjoy which ever machine you have hired!
Step 5
We pick up the machine and do it all over again next time you want to hire.(with special rates for repeat customers) |

| do I need a credit card? |
| No, you can pay by cash (direct deposit) for hire of the machine/s but a credit card must be supplied as security for any damage to the machine. This is required before one of the pinball guy's machine/s is delivered to you. |

| I live in a unit, can you deliver a machine to me ? |
| We cannot carry a machine upstairs. As long as your building has a lift or if you live on the ground floor with no major steps, we can deliver to you. |

| how old do I have to be? |
| You need to be 18 years of age to sign the rental hire contract. This can be emailed to you prior to delivery. |

| do you offer special deals? |
| Yes, as mentioned in the rates, if you have a different length of time that you would like to hire for, we are happy to work out a special price for you. We also like to reward regular customers, ask us next time you call. |

| what if I damage a machine? |
| If one of the pinball guy's machines is damaged, you will be charged for the damage, so make sure you look after it and we'll all be happy campers! |

| what if I need to cancel a booking? |
| If you need to cancel a booking due to an unforseen circumstance, we require 1 days notice. |
| |
| do you sell Pinball Machines? |
| Yes, call us and let us know which pinball you are interested in buying and we can source it for you. The price will include delivery to the Gold Coast metro area as well as a parts warranty. |
